Operation instruction
1: The specified use of spindle oil, sewing machine oil (needle car oil) (do not use general oil or return oil, otherwise it will seriously damage the internal parts)
2: The wind cannon must use more than 0.5 cubic meters of compressed air per minute, and the pressure is 6KG/CM2(about 5 horsepower air compressor).
3: The safe air pressure of the air cannon is 8KG/CM2.
4: For the smooth operation and life of the air cannon, the outlet of the air compressor must be equipped with water filter pressure adjustment oil feeder (three-point combination) to ensure the quality of compressed air and lubricated oil.
5: Check the air compressor before use, whether the pressure is 8KG/CM2, whether the water vapor is too much, the air compressor and filter must be waterproof every day, and keep the maintenance normal and clean.
6: In order to maintain the performance of the wind cannon motor, 10CC oil must be added to the refueling port every day before and after work to keep the internal parts lubricated, and the wind cannon can be in a permanent state.
7: If the operation of the air cannon is not smooth, when the fault occurs, please inject a lot of spindle oil into the refueling port, start the air intake plate, turn the air cannon motor, repeat cleaning until the oil is clean, if the operation is still not smooth, send it to the professional maintenance station for repair.
